Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Virtual Assistant at Gotham Biotech. The Virtual Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to leadership and team members, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings across time zones, and coordinating virtual appointments. Daily responsibilities include handling email and communication follow-ups, preparing and formatting documents, presentations, and reports, and maintaining digital filing systems and shared drives. The role will also involve data entry, basic research, updating internal trackers or project management tools, and assisting with travel coordination and expense tracking when needed. The Virtual Assistant collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, maintains confidentiality, and helps streamline workflows so staff can focus on core scientific and business priorities.
