Role Overview

Support the day-to-day operations of a distributed team by managing administrative work, logistics, vendor coordination, and gifting for internal teams, extended teams, and clients. This full-time remote role suits a proactive, highly organized professional who can independently carry work through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling, research, documentation, and general administrative tasks.
• Maintain internal trackers, records, and operational information.
• Coordinate purchasing, vendors, shipping, expenses, and reimbursements.
• Support onboarding, team logistics, and ad hoc operational requests.
• Lead gifting operations for team members and clients, including gift sourcing, ordering, personalization, shipping, and delivery.
• Track gifting budgets, recipient details, orders, and vendor information.
• Anticipate operational needs and move tasks forward with minimal direction.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in administrative support, operations, or a comparable role.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ownership, reliability, follow-through, research ability, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment and use sound judgment with sensitive information.
• Experience in a startup, technology company, or distributed team is preferred.
• Experience with gifting, vendors, purchasing, or logistics is preferred.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and project-management tools is preferred.
• Comfort using AI tools to improve efficiency and automate repetitive work.

Work Terms

Full-time, remote position supporting a distributed team.

Compensation

$15 to $30 per hour.
