Salary: $115,000 - 145,000 per year Requirements:

• We require at least 10 years of government acquisition, finance or financial management, program management, or related experience within a Department of War organization.
• We require at least 5 years of hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Qlik Sense applications.
• Candidates must be proficient in writing and troubleshooting Qlik load scripts, including transformations, joins, concatenations, resident loads, mapping, variables, and incremental loads.
• Candidates must have experience working with multiple data sources, such as SQL databases, APIs, Excel or CSV files, and enterprise data warehouses.
• Candidates must have advanced SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, aggregations, CTEs, subqueries, and data validation or reconciliation.
• Candidates should have working knowledge of Qlik security and access concepts, including section access where applicable.
• Experience with CCaR, PMRT, Jira, Confluence, or the SOCOM War Data Platform (WDP), formerly Advana, is preferred.
• We require a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in business management, engineering, computer science, mathematics, accounting, economics, or a related discipline. We may consider equivalent experience for candidates with at least 13 years of relevant experience.
• Candidates must be able to sit, type, hear, see, and speak for extended periods; work at a computer for prolonged periods; communicate information clearly; and lift or carry at least 15 pounds. The role may involve moving around an office to access supplies or files.

• Candidates must complete a 20–30-minute Qlik assessment covering data modeling, user-interface skills, following instructions, and attention to detail. We can support reasonable accommodation requests.
• Some travel may be required. Work hours may vary Monday through Friday, and additional hours or weekends may be needed to meet deadlines or travel obligations.

• Gather business requirements; analyze source systems; identify data sources and transformation needs; design data models; and develop metadata for analysis and visualization.
• Acquire and analyze enterprise data and metrics to determine how they can inform visualizations and dashboards.
• Work with business areas and project teams to elicit, identify, prioritize, and document data visualization and business intelligence requirements.
• Serve as a functional and technical subject matter expert in data visualization and business intelligence.
• Turn business analysis and needs into report and dashboard prototypes, contributing to design and visualization best practices.
• Use business intelligence tools to develop deliverable solutions from dashboard requirements.
• Document data acquisition, management, and governance processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
• Create training materials and user guides.
• Deliver group and individual training to end users.
• Provide other support to a government financial office.

In this role, you will support government customers with data analytics and work alongside senior leadership in a collaborative environment. The advertised annual salary range is $115,000–$145,000; compensation may depend on location, experience, training, skills, education, clearance, and business needs.
