Introduction We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Virtual Assistant to provide day-to-day support for a daycare and school environment. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, comfortable communicating with parents and staff, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks independently. Duties & Responsibilities Manage emails, calendars, and general correspondence Respond to parent and staff enquiries Assist with scheduling, appointments, and meetings Maintain student, family, and administrative records Prepare documents, reports, spreadsheets, and forms Assist with enrolment and registration-related administration Follow up on outstanding information or documentation Organize files and keep records accurate and up to date Support general day-to-day administrative tasks as required Desired Experience & Qualification Previous administrative or virtual assistant experience Strong written and spoken English Excellent organization and attention to detail Confident communicating professionally with parents, staff, and other stakeholders Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, calendars, and online systems Able to work independently and manage priorities Experience in a school, daycare, education, or childcare environment is an advantage Package & Remuneration CAD 1,700 per month , approximately R19,715 per month , depending on the prevailing exchange rate.
